White Desert Whichaway

Schirmacher Oasis, Antarctica

As White Desert’s flagship camp, located 105 miles from Antarctica’s coastline, Whichaway is a veritable oasis on one of the most remote places on Earth. Stark, and imposing the landscape of Antarctica is truly awe-inspiring and oh-so worth exploring.

Here, on the shores of a freshwater lake, you will find six, spacious polar pods. Adorned in rich textiles and soft furnishings, each pod is heated throughout and boasts an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable bed and a dressing area. The main guest areas include a series of pods that include a kitchen, library, sitting area, and dining area. You will get the chance to tuck into gourmet menus, unwind with a sauna session, and engage in a series of Antarctic adventures.
