With a background in the information technology industry, Jenna has always gravitated toward roles focused on delivering the best customer experience while improving processes and supporting overall operations. Her first exposure to Africa came through working with Leah, who often shared spectacular stories of her travels to the continent and how she helped clients turn their safari dreams into reality. Joining the Ubuntu Travel team felt like a natural next step for Jenna, who has since embraced her role as Director of Operations and continues adding to her own African travel bucket list.
