Sossusvlei | Namibia

After a brief stop in Windhoek, fly by light aircraft to the dazzling dunes of Sossusvlei, the heart of the Namib Desert.

Here you’ll explore towering orange and red dunes shaped by desert winds, wander the surreal clay pans of Dead Vlei, and climb iconic formations like Big Daddy.

Scenic helicopter flights reveal the vast scale of the desert and the Skeleton Coast beyond, while evenings offer unforgettable starlit dinners in one of Namibia’s most atmospheric landscapes.

Skeleton Coast | Namibia

Few places in Africa feel as wild and untamed as the Skeleton Coast. Much of this remote shoreline is inaccessible by road, making it one of Namibia’s most exclusive fly-in destinations. Here, towering dunes meet the Atlantic Ocean in dramatic fashion, creating haunting landscapes shaped by wind, sand, and swirling coastal fog.

Shipwrecks lie scattered along the beach, seal colonies thrive on rocky outcrops, and desert-adapted wildlife roams the inland dunes. Look out for oryx, giraffes, elephants, and even the elusive brown hyena. Raw, rugged, and utterly unforgettable, the Skeleton Coast is a true highlight of any flying safari.

Etosha National Park | Namibia

Just when you think you have seen it all, Etosha National Park reveals an entirely different side of Namibia. This vast desert oasis is defined by its shimmering salt pan and the many waterholes that draw wildlife throughout the day, creating exceptional opportunities for quiet, unobtrusive viewing.

Etosha is one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife regions, known for its thriving populations of black rhino and large herds of elephants coated in white, mineral-rich dust. Lions, hyenas, and other predators often patrol the waterholes, making Etosha an unforgettable destination for dramatic, close-up game viewing.

Kunene River | Namibia

Flowing from the Angolan highlands into Namibia’s far north, the Kunene River cuts a lush, winding corridor through some of the country’s most remote desert landscapes.

Spend two days exploring dramatic valleys with thundering waterfalls, white-water rapids, and riverine vegetation that contrasts sharply with the surrounding desert. Look for desert-adapted wildlife, from oryx and springbok to tiny desert chameleons, and visit the Himba, Namibia’s last semi-nomadic people, whose way of life has long been shaped by this ancient river.
