Singita Grumeti Luxury Safaris

Singita Grumeti is located along the western edge of the Serengeti National Park in northern Tanzania, within the wider western corridor of the Serengeti ecosystem. The concession spans approximately 350,000 acres of protected wilderness. It is easily combined with the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and the northern Tanzania safari circuit.

Singita Grumeti is a private concession bordering the Serengeti, offering exclusivity, low vehicle density and activities not permitted in the national park. Guests enjoy off-road game drives, night safaris, guided walks and access to some of Tanzania’s most luxurious lodges and private villas. The concession also sits on a major Migration corridor, providing front-row viewing during May, June and July.

Unlike the public park, every stay directly supports the Grumeti Fund’s conservation and community programs, creating a meaningful, low-impact safari experience.

Singita Grumeti is known for outstanding predator populations, including large lion prides, territorial cheetahs, leopard, hyena and strong sightings of elephant, buffalo and giraffe. The concession lies directly on the Migration route, so from May to July, enormous herds of wildebeest and zebra move through the region. With diverse habitats and strict vehicle limits, wildlife viewing is intimate, consistent and often exclusive.
